Pickleball Visalia is a group of Pickleball enthusiasts who love to play and socialize. We are a Tulare County group comprised mostly of local players of varying levels of gameplay. Monique will be competing with the Rochester Renegades as follows:
SHOWDOWN #1 – February 20th – 22nd, 2026, Location – Dill Dinkers Pickleball- Chantilly, VA.
SHOWDOWN #2 – March 20th – 22nd, 2026, Location – Dill Dinkers Pickleball- Hatboro, PA.
CHAMPIONSHIP – May 15th – 17th, 2026, Location – Pickle House- Robbinsville Twp, NJ.
Currently, Visalia offers two locations where people can play pickleball free of charge to the public. They are as follows:
PLAZA PARK
9000 W Airport Dr, Visalia, CA 93277
Free Public Courts
- 8 lighted pickleball courts with permanent nets and lines
- Located south of the tennis courts
- Courts are open daily from 6:00am – 10:00pm
- Light switches are located between courts 6 and 7 on the north wall
- Restrooms
RECREATION PARK
345 N Jacob St, Visalia, CA 93291
Free Public Court
- 4 courts total
- 2 lighted courts with permanent nets and lines – located south of the Skate Park
- 2 courts with permanent lines – portable nets available at the Recreation Office on site
- Coming Fall 2026 4 Additional permanent lighted pickleball courts
- Courts are open daily from 6:00am – 10:00pm
- Lights automatically turn on at dusk
LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO PLAY WITH?
The most likely times to find groups to join are 8:00-11:00am and 6:00-9:00pm daily at Plaza Park

Courts may not be available during some organized events.

Want to learn the basics of pickleball-serving, scoring, court positioning, and rotation?
Members of the Pickleball Visalia Club host free “Intro to Pickleball” sessions for beginners.

- Thursday Mornings: 8:00-10:00am – Court 8
What to Bring:
- Wear court Shoes
- Water for hydration
- Pickleball paddle if you have one
- No paddle? No Problem! We’ll have paddles available for you to borrow

IN-SHAPE PICKLEBALL COURTS

Courts are located within the In-Shape fitness facility. Access and play are limited to active gym members.
- 6 outdoor concrete courts
- Portable nets used for play
- On-site fitness club amenities available to members
